These LIVESTREAM workouts will be hosted using Zoom. You can access on your computer, cell phone, or cast to a TV. If you are using your phone, we suggest that you download the app prior to the start of the workout (Apple & Android).
Instructions for joining the LIVESTREAM will be sent by email 15 minutes prior to class.
