Ahlia Biondi
Ahlia, a certified trainer, yoga, meditation and indoor cycling specialist, crafted a signature, 200-hour yoga alliance accredited teaching curriculum, certifying hundreds of her students since 2015. She also specializes in nutritional health and wellness, including breath work (pranayama), chakra balancing and Ayurvedic practices to benefit digestive health. As a founding host of the podcast What’s Wellness With Ahlia Yoga, Ahlia leads training and mentorship programs online and in-person, both locally abroad. As a world traveler and scuba diver, Ahlia loves diverse cultural experiences and is passionate about achieving environmental sustainability. Ahlia leads an active lifestyle focused on balancing nutrition, hydration, movement, and rest to optimize her well-being and we are honored to have her bring her experience and expertise to help you achieve and maintain your fitness, health and wellness goals.

Lincoln A. Marti
Hello, I’m Lincoln and I grew up in central Illinois. I joined the navy at 19 and lived in Virginia for 6 years before moving to California and starting my fitness career at the beginning of 2016. During my 6+ years working as a coach, I have built my expertise and specialization around performance, and athletic enhancement fitness. I have trained and worked with all levels from beginners on a mission to fitness enthusiasts and advanced-level athletes. My background includes a Master’s in Performance Psychology and a Specialist Certification in Performance Enhancement. I promise a fresh, unique and effective approach to your enhanced health and fitness.

Dee Boukouzis
Dee Boukouzis has been in the fitness industry for 33 years. She has taught and managed fitness programs at top clubs in San Francisco, Berkeley, Chicago, New York and Houston. Dee holds a master’s degree in Sport Psychology, the NBHWC certification for Health Coaches, is certified as a group exercise instructor through the American Council on Exercise, and holds her 500 hour yoga instructor certification through Yoga Alliance. Dee teaches multiple formats including cycling, sculpt, yoga and stretch. She is known for her informative coaching style and ability to teach a wide range of levels. When Dee isn’t teaching you can find her walking her dogs, at the farmer’s market, gardening, hiking, cycling or skiing. She is a mother of three grown daughters and two doodles. “Together, through exercise, yoga, and the health coaching process of self-inquiry and discovery, I’d love to help you reach or uncover your best self.”

Lynn Tardif
Lynn has spent the last decade sharing her passion for fitness and wellness as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, competing in half Ironman triathlons, and was recently hired as an online Beachbody instructor. Lynn holds over 12 fitness certifications including American Council on Exercise, AFAA Personal Training, Crossfit, 200 RYT Yoga to name a few.. Lynn left her native Canadian roots to live and work in 5 countries and is fluent in French and Spanish. Lynn specializes in cycling, strength, HIIT and yoga. Lynn’s biggest love is spending time with her 2 girls at home.

Emily Korby
Emily is a yoga, yoga sculpt, and barre teacher, and she has been teaching, learning and practicing since 2013. Emily completed her RYT 200 certification in 2015 and continues to expand her specializations in multi-functional fitness modalities and whole health wellness methodology. Emily is passionate about creating spaces where people can explore what being healthy and happy means from a perspective of presence. As a former cross country coach her practices are formulated to curate a whole body, high energy and purposeful workout to create a well rounded athlete. Emily's classes are a music forward breath to movement and flow, focusing on both alignment and safety. You can come as you are and join at any level, as she works with you to make necessary movement and pace adjustments. Emily is a huge advocate for building healthy communities, and she encourages intentions that create healthy relationships between both body and mind.

Farah Dehmoubed
Hi! I’m Farah, I enjoy spending my time teaching fitness at all levels, and across a variety formats. I pair combination, multi-modal workouts that synergize efforts and maximize bodily response. I am also a health coach and medical exercise and corrective exercise specialist, with a focus on corrective exercise formats and restoring effective exercise regimens post injury recovery. I have 20 years experience in teaching spin, HIIT, yoga and Pilates. I love spending time with my two dogs and cat. Interesting fact! I’m an expat from the UK and a retired D.O.
