Vibe Ride 45

Did we mention endorphins somewhere around here? Well, this is the class where that happens. Those mood juices fly and blow out the studio on these days. Our Vibe Rides are signature soundtrack crafted, 45 minute rhythm slamming, head knocking, mountain climbing, glass ceiling busting, stress crushing, spirit lifting adrenaline rushes of musical flight and deep liberation. This is also when you REALLY see your instructor. Something special happens on these rides, and it is pure, authentic brilliance! Lights, Camera, Action. Game On! These themed rides offer the fix we need to get over the hump and restore the balance we deserve to live our best lives. Vibe rides utilize our live, large screen heart rate training & monitoring system with live cycling performance metrics to take you into that Cybrid zone! Enjoy our in-class competitions and watt challenges and monitor all your progress on screen and in your personalized app. We know exactly where your heart needs to be to safely take you to that peak, and it’s all there on screen. Ride with us on these days and walk away feeling like that Boss that sat on that bike and the Champion that gets up. RISE with the RIDE!

CycleBARRE

Coming Soon!

An hour long hybrid class including a half hour of indoor cycling followed immediately by a half hour of barre. This class gets your heart pumping and starts the fat burning process in the spin room, then moves directly into the sculpting room and utilizes the well known and incredibly effective barre workout techniques to sculpt long, lean, beautiful muscles- creating your ultimate physique. The class moves efficiently and quickly- so quickly you won't even realize how hard you're working until you're already finished! Leave with a sense of accomplishment and power that will increase with every class.

HIIT Me With THA’ 50

Everything you need in 50 minutes! This class will give you 20 min of full body classic strength training with cues to ensure proper form. 8 minutes of HIIT cardio will get your body revved up to burn more calories for up to 36 hours post workout (the science of EPOC, Excess Post Oxygen Consumption). 8 minutes of abdominal work will keep your core strong to protect your back and improve posture. This class is designed for every level and with format modifications to welcome all fitness levels and body conditions.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt, on which she has designed a full, 360 body workout. It taps into your mind body connection while flowing in yoga, lifting weights, and adding cardio. You can expect high energy, a big sweat, and a lot of fun.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a vinyasa influenced, powerful, spiritual and athletic 20 min flow, followed with deep stretch and Savasana.

CycleSHRED

CycleSHRED combines Indoor Cycling with Strength Training. Each of our talented and experienced instructors will craft their own 30 minute unique blend of TRX, weight training and circuit training to immediately follow an intensely energizing 30 minute indoor cycling session.

CycleZEN

CycleZEN is a 60 minute class that combines Indoor Cycling with Yoga. After an intense 30 minute indoor cycling session, your instructor will guide you through a 30 minute power yoga flow engaging Ayurvedic and Vinyasa practices. With your muscles already warm from cycling, you’ll be primed to take your yoga practice deeper and help keep your body limber and functional. Integrating yoga into your athletic training is key to increasing flexibility, improving stamina, and preventing injury. On a deeper level, strengthening the mind-body connection through yoga helps manage stress, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system. This class is slightly heated. Bring your mat if you have one!

Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre is a yoga and barre fusion. You'll flow into drills on both mat and at the barre. Fast paced drills with lighter weights focus on building up the muscles in your body you use everyday.

Performance Shred

45 minutes of high intensity FUN! Developed as a Livestream class during quarantine, our members fell in love with this safe, easy to follow, highly effective way of training, utilizing timed interval sets within exercise blocks, including combinations of TRX / BOSU / HIIT. Highly effective like circuit training; however crafted and enhanced to maximize time efficient gains. Your instructor will coach you through a combination of cardio, strength and functional training in an experience that flies by! As always, our energizing music and high spirit groups will lift you up and set you right for the next day!

BarreSHRED

Think of this class as barre turned UP! A traditional barre class in terms of movements and tempo, but amplified with HIIT intervals throughout the class - specifically designed to fatigue the muscle groups immediately prior to the barre strength work targeting the same group. So before barre glute work, expect juicy burn moves like split squat lunges, 30 second intervals of plyometric work and more. Low impact options are always included.
